RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1) If you are not 100% happy with your product when you receive it you can return it to us for a replacement or rufund within 28 Days. You will have to pay the postage to return the item to us and this will not be refunded. The item must be completely unused, in its original packaging with labels attached or no refund will be given.

2) If your item is faulty when you receive it we will refund the postage cost to return it to us and we will firstly try to replace the item with a like for like product. If this is not possible we will offer you the choice of either a full refund or a replacement item of the same value.

3) If your item becomes faulty and is still under the manufacturers warranty the same action will be taken as in paragraph 2.

4) If your item is outwith the manufacturers warranty no further action will be taken.
